Car Leasing Scheme
Working in partnership with Knowles Fleet, HPFT’s car salary sacrifice scheme allows you to drive a brand new car, funded by a reduction in salary. The scheme includes insurance, maintenance for a fixed monthly amount, with no deposit payable or credit checks required. This, combined with the advantages of paying for your car through the use of salary sacrifice, could save you money when compared to retail personal leasing schemes.
Childcare Support
There are a variety of holiday schemes, clubs and activities available offering discounts to HPFT staff. Additional financial support for childcare is available through government schemes and Healthcare Workers’ Foundation, Childcare Choices and Help for Households.

Free Eye Test and *Glasses for VDU users
The Trust has arranged for eye care vouchers to be purchased from Specsavers which will allow regular users of computers whilst working to have their eyes tested and if necessary, a free pair of glasses will be given to the user for display screen use only.

Health & Wellbeing Support

Annual leave
You’ll immediately be entitled to 27 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays a year. This then increases to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years or more.
Buying & Selling annual leave
Allows staff the flexibility to alter their holiday entitlement by selling and buying some of their current entitlement. This gives additional choice and flexibility to your reward benefits package.
